Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full donation amount. For travel engagements, any expenses related to airfare, accommodations, or other travel arrangements are non-refundable.
Yes, verification is required for all first-time guests. Your privacy is treated with the utmost respect, and all information provided remains strictly confidential. Trust, discretion, and mutual respect are essential to creating a comfortable experience. Any false or misleading information may result in your request being declined.
